Introduction
Cefas Shellfish Testing (CST) offers a commercial range of testing services for all major bivalve shellfish for norovirus, E. coli and Salmonella spp. The testing service offered by CST is accredited and uses recognised international testing protocols operated to the highest standards. All commercial samples will be anonymised on receipt at the laboratory and given a unique sample identification number. This ensures that laboratory analysts will not have information on the origin of the samples.
