Delivery Lead Time

We manufacture the tags just prior to each customer’s deployment date, this ensures battery life does not deteriorate during storage. Our delivery schedules vary throughout the year, typical lead time is 4-5 weeks, but this can vary during busy periods. Please contact us for the current delivery lead times. We recommend contacting us at least 12 weeks prior to your planned deployment, to ensure a timely delivery of your order.

Third Party Orders

We are happy to accept orders through a third party Procurement Company but please be aware that the contract would then lie with the procurement company. We are aware that some Japanese institutions are not permitted to directly order products from outside Japan.

1. All prices are in Great British Pounds and do not include VAT (UK customers) or taxes that may be payable in your country.
2. If you require an evaluation tag with the dive logging and saltwater switch please contact us. The evaluation tags are fully functional tags however they may have slightly reduced battery life where they have been stored.  Evaluation kits are limited to one kit per customer.
